TO JOIN


Joining us is Easy!

 

Do you live in Washington , DC or one of the 50 states?  Then:

1. Check our list of Qualifying Organizations Find out if

you are already eligible to join us.   If you’re already

eligible, go to #2.  If not, write a check or money order

to a Qualifying Organization.  We'll forward it. 

            Or, you may include a contribution for one of the

few groups that has an account with us (marked with an

asterisk) in the check or money order you write to us

in #4 below.

 

 

2. Review the “Truth In Savings Disclosure” and

“Funds Availability Policy.”

 

 

3. Complete the Membership Application & Account Card.

(If you have no access to a working printer, ask one of our 

offices to send them to you. To learn how to contact one of 

our offices, click on How/When to Contact Us.)

 

 

4. Write a check or money order to “Women's

Southwest FCU ” for $25 deposit (and, if applicable,

a contribution to asterisked Qualifying Organization.).  

   

 5. To comply with the USA PATRIOT Act enclose for

each signer on your account:  (a) residence and mailing

addresses; (b) a legible copy (preferably in color) of

one of the following government-issued picture IDs:

   (1) state-issued driver's license or ID;

   (2) passport;

   (3) Matricula.

 

 

  6. Send Membership App., Account Card, ID,

addresses, & check(s) to:
