I understand that you will NOT transfer the deposit or payment if the
transfer would reduce the balance below: (1) the minimum balance required to keep the account open or maintain a loan with you (2) the amount (if any) being used as collateral for this or any other Cal Feminist loan (3) the amount of available funds b. You will transfer only full payments, no partial payments or interest-only payments. c. Funds must be on deposit no later than Noon on the open day before the transfer date. (Even if funds become available on a later date, I will not count on CFFCU to initiate any additional attempts to transfer the funds.) d. If the regular transfer date falls on a weekend, holiday, or some other day that CFFCU is closed, CFFCU will make the transfer on a sub-sequent open day that falls within the grace period. e. If there are insufficient funds to cover a full payment I may be required to make that payment by check or money order; my loan may become delinquent and subject to the late fees disclosed in the loan agreement; CFFCU may assess a non-sufficient funds fee as listed in the Truth-In-Savings Disclosure. f. I am requesting that CFFCU transfer payments for my convenience. I agree to hold the credit union harmless for any fees, delinquency or other adverse consequences, except those that result from CFFCU’s negligence. g.
